How the data is used
Your data is used to show your dashboard, calculate progress, generate plans when you request AI help, schedule reminders, and export your history.
Export and deletion
You can export your data from Settings. During the beta, account deletion requests are handled by support and include your account, goals, logs, reminders, sessions, and entitlement records.

Email support from the address tied to your account for privacy questions, export help, or deletion requests.
